What kinds of packages do you offer?

We believe in being up front about our rates. That’s why at Iconica Photography we offer only custom photo and video packages to our clients, all based on transparent a la carte pricing. When you use our Custom Package Creator, you won't have to request and then wait around for a quote. Can I meet with my photographer or videographer?

Absolutely! Your relationship with Iconica Photography begins with your photography consultation, during which your photography coordinator will check into the availability of one or more of our experienced photographers and/or videographers on the date of your event. After we've verified their availability, we will happily set up a time for you to speak or meet with the professionals who'll be capturing Life for you during your big day.

Will you match competitors' prices?

We pride ourselves on the mix of artistry and affordability that we offer to all of our clients, and it is rare to find competitors who can match both our service level and our value. Your photography coordinator can help you compare our rates to those of other professionals for an honest apples-to-apples comparison. Note that many of the desirable package enhancements we offer at no cost -- such as color correction, photo retouching, artistic enhancements, and online digital proofing -- are frequently not included in competitors' packages.

How soon can I view my event images?

Within two weeks (14 calendar days) after your event date, all photos captured by our team will be fully color corrected, digitally enhanced and made available to you and your guests for online viewing and easy print ordering. A DVD containing all high-resolution image files will also be mailed to you at that time.

How long will it take to design my album?

The time required to complete a photo album or photo book design varies, depending upon the number of albums you purchase, the page length of each album, the amount of photo retouching desired and how quickly you can decide which photos you'd like to incorporate. In our experience, it is the photo selection process that takes the most time. Once you've picked your photos, album design and printing is typically finished in one or two months.

What payment options will you accept?

We accept cash, checks, money orders, cashier's checks and credit cards. A refundable reservation fee of $100, paid during your initial consultation, is all that we need to secure your event date. This fee will be credited toward your non-refundable 30 percent deposit when you turn in your signed Photography Agreement. Your balance is due exactly two weeks prior your event date; we don't believe in hassling you for money on your big day!

Can I modify my Photography Agreement after I have signed it?

Once you turn in your signed Photography Agreement, the Agreement can be expanded but not downsized. Pricing for all services will be fixed at the rates in effect at the time you sign your Agreement, and Iconica will honor those prices should you ever wish to add additional services. We advise you commit to a minimum package that will meet your needs, knowing additional hours of coverage, etc., can still be added later.
